Why I built Anchor & Beam
Inspection should feel like clarity—not intimidation.
I started Anchor & Beam because buyers deserve more than a checklist and a report full of unexplained technical language. You deserve to understand the house, the priorities, and the decision in front of you.
My background in residential construction helps me look beyond attractive finishes and understand how a home's visible systems and components work together. I pay attention to the major risks, the practical details that affect everyday life, and the quieter clues that buyers may not know to ask about.
My role is not to scare you away from a property or convince you to buy it. It is to give you honest, useful information—then stay available when questions come up after the report.
